
This is great I have finally figured out how to update this thing that I started in 2009. Well since this time I have gone to school and totally screwed up this thing. I have since finished school and am in the process of getting back to 200 where I was at before I started school. This may take me awhile and hopefully I can get Elena to join me in the loosing game. My goal for my weight I have set for myself is 185. I set this myself and I will just have to see how it goes. Right now I weight about 222. Things that I have changed are eating dinner late.....no more since I finished school, I also have not had a lipton green tea with its:
- Water
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Natural Flavors
- Citric Acid
- Sodium Hexametaphosphate
- Green Tea
- Vitamin C
- Phosphoric Acid
- Potassium Sorbate
- Potassium Cinnamate
- Honey
- EDTA, Calcium Derivative, Disodium Salt
- FD&C Yellow 5
- FD&C Blue 1
So one day at work I jumped on the freight scale and I was on the wrong side of 240. Since then I have lost about 20 lbs.
