Another fitness goal is reached!
I got up this morning and I do as I have done one thousand times before....... but this time I see to my suprise 199.5.
I am very happy.

CHKD 8K Today
This was a really hard race to run today. First of all it was rather hot and another thing the organization of water stops was non-existant. But we both finished the race with rather good times concidering the heat and the lack of water. Our times were as follows:Elena: 1:6:50
